Land Purchase - NWMLS Form 25

We are in the process of trying to make an "Bank Owned"offer and the realtor completed NWMLS Form 25 - Vacant Land Purchase and Sale agreement.  On line 3, the seller it only show "Owner of Record", no other information.  The Seller's phone and address are blank, but are to be filled in later according to the realtor.

Is this normal?  I have never done a "Bank Owned" offer before.  All NWMLS forms I have done before have had the seller's information.

I agree with the other agents.  Just make sure your realtor is on top of the bank, getting them all the necessary information and following up with the bank on a weekly basis.  You don't want your transaction to get lost in the shuffle!

Good luck,
Mark

I change my answer after seeing Tonya's...she's right - NOTHING is normal with Bank Owned!

In all seriousness though - I have seen "Owner of Record" several times when filling out offers on bank owned property.

Hi there,
Yes...it's normal. The lender/bank will likely have several pages of their own addenda that you'll be required to fill out (agree to) as well...and their contact information will likely be found on there.

Good Luck!

Nothing is normal when it comes to bank owned properties lol. Did you go to Realist & pull the property. You can always fill out what information you know.

Who's the bank?
