Hi, thought you might like to know that the price of this property has been reduced: the house and one acre is now priced at $147,500.00.
to answer your other questions, first, i apologize for not getting back to you immediately but I did not realize any addl questions from you could only be read from this website, I thought zillow forwarded everything to my email address but if they forwarded your follow up ?s I missed it. Today when I updated the ad I saw your 2nd email.
You are correct that I have not built a horse barn on the property. Part of the pasture has been seeded but most of it would need to be redone. The 2-3 acre area that is fenced off now is fenced off with temporary fencing only which I plan to remove, however that is a negotiable item. Desi, I am in Pennsylvania. I JUST came back from 2 weeks in Folsom. I wish I had discovered this website sooner!!! We are relocating ASAP. Of course we need to sell our farm first. Anyway, your area is where we want to be. I looked at several places close to you actually. One off Hwy 60 and one off 10 that needs bulldozed not rennovated!LOL
I am assuming you have not built a horse barn? That is something I would need to do. If I remember right you were taking down the fencing when you sell? Has your pasture area been seeded? How big off an area is pastured? Sorry for all the questions...I'm just trying to get a perpective here. i do really like the place. We'll see what happens. I am a firm believer that God has a plan for us and that is the way it will happen. With that in mind, I know there is a house and a job out htere with my name on it!! I most likely won't be back to Folsom until after Christmas, but again, I don't know the plan so that could change!!

It is mostly forested. There are a few small farms that are not commercial nearby, as in one retired neighbor has 10 acres and runs a few cows, another has a few cows and some goats. The 12.410 acres with the property for sale is ~85-90% cleared and I have a few horses on pasture there.
The property is very rural and very secluded, Pea Gravel Road is about 1.5 long and is a dead end road so there is very little traffic.
