Contact a local Realtor.  I am sure that there are several out there that wouldn't mind giving you recent sales in the area with no obligation.

Texas is a non-disclosure state so sales data is not public.  A couple of counties are posting the sales data on the appraisal district but they don't take the concessions into consideration so that won't help you .
