Last Home Sale Transaction not included in Zestimate?

Profile picture for john_strobel

Last home sale (12/10/2003) is not included in Zestimate, but the sale was a legitimate transaction between seller and buyer.   What gives?

zillow did this to me too.. and refused to give an answer.   They just shut down threads that are critical.

Sorry Drew another thread you have to close so it will be pushed to the bottom.   You have no answer for John just as you had no answer for me.

You have no credible answers to these inquiries or surely you would offer them.  Your decisions to exclude transactions form zestimates are ABRITRARY.

Why don't you just be a man and admit it instead of ignoring questions that expose Zillow on this shortcoming?

I used to believe Zillow was a sincere effort.  But the way you excluded legitimate transactions from zestimates makes it obvious there is a complete failure of objectivity - it is all phony.

Why do you not simply answer the question???

More likely to get an answer from sunnydelight or whatever the name is of that one person who always sticks up for zillow while the actual zillow staff puts its head in the sand.
