Lease Purchasing

I am a Certified Lease Purchase Consultant who works with other professionals, homeowners and tenant buyers across the country to help them structure win/ win lease purchase deals.  In a time where listing your home and waiting over 10 months for your sale to fall through at the last minute doesn't appeal to most people, we have a much better option.  You can find the complete post on http://blog.cleanslatehomes.com

Any knowledgable realtor can structure a lease-to-own.

No need to pay $2500 for another "certification"...

Thanx, D

Claude didn't teach you to spam, did he? Sorry, couldn't resist. I thought I saw another post by you that confused lease options with lease purchase when you were trying to sell the concept to the buyer. There's a big difference. For half of what you paid Claude, I will teach you the difference.
