Go to their Profile Page and off to right side of the page you will/should see a "Rate Lender"
Zillow IMO tends to not have a problem posting Fake 5 Star Reviews and something of a problem posting legitimate Bad Reviews for Lenders and Agents

interesting that your question was sitting here for almost an hour before Tug responded, yet a zillow staff member was answering other questions during that time and didn't respond to yours.

Hamp - astute observation - I guess 4 days is better than no response at all, except other questions were being answered by a staff member, while this one was being ignored.
I also notice the zillow auto-link is at work on this thread.........."mortgage broker" ..and "Lenders".............I think it's confusing to see it in the OP's question.....makes you think he is linking to the lender he wants to write a review on
