Surbiton,
I may not be interpreting correctly the post, but it sounds like Kimtresetti has already given the court a Zestimate from 3 months ago and is trying to get back to that number. I have doubts that it will have standing in the court as an authoritative valuation, but we don't know the context.

I'm not sure it will suffice in a legal court of law, but you can mouse of the Zestimate chart and see what the value was to the nearest $1,000 for a prior month.

The most accurate way to handle this is to either ask an appraiser to value your home or a local real estate agent. These professionals will be able look at the comps to determine a fair market value.

You can also check the tax record on like kind sales during that time. A Real Estate agent will be able to help collect this information. Ultimately having a certified appraiser provide this information will be more palatable in a court case, but it will cost you. Check the local phone book or Google "Appraisers in Modesto." I hope this helps!

An appraiser can do this for you. Occasionally they are asked to establish a value in regards to litigation. Pat is correct, ask your attorney and they should be able to help you find a suitable appraiser. - Brad Young

You have an attorney and you are in litigation. Therefore, you need to ask your attorney to obtain the info you need.

Legal Question
I need to see if it is possible to get a price on my home from 3 months ago? It's in regards to a court case. There was a price on my home 3 months ago and this is what i told the courts and now I need backup on this, is this possible?
