Legal question: i have a rental that WAS my primary residence

Profile picture for pheadrick
I lived in it for almost three years and now rent it out. This is in California. My question is this, is there recourse on the rental (that was my primary for 3 yrs) if I were to foreclose on it? Or do the no-recourse laws apply?

Not a lawyer, and you should check, but if you bought the house was a primary residence and you lived there, it is the orginial loan (not refinanced) you should have no recourse.. good luck
