When it comes to lenders, most are nice, and most can get the job done. Rules vary in each state as to what lenders and agents can or cannot do for each other, but my question is very straightforward. Why is it that so many lenders will do and say whatever they can to get leads from Realtors, however when Realtors ask about leads from the lenders we hear "Oh, I can't do that" or "I don't have any right now"?Here's the thing, I know lenders lead generate. I know that certain companies have ownership dictate to them where leads must go. That's fine, but if your ownership dictates where your leads go (and it's not to me) why would I choose to put you in contact with a lead vs. the next lender who might do the same for me? Because you're nicer? More reliable? Better Rates? You all have the same arguments, so prove to me why I should put you in contact with leads vs. another lender.Thank you in advance for any comments, I sincerely believe this is a good topic.
