Can you give any more info, it states free unlimited access to potential borrowers. are you just going to throw a lead out there and have 15 million lenders solicit the borrower who clicked somen financing link on zillow’s website.
More Info Please!
It has to benefit the borrower and the broker.
I pissed of consumer is not going to want to do business with broker after being inundated by both email and phone calls from lenders.

Is Zillow screening these to keep out the sharks and dishonest ones, or is this open to all?

We had a discussion before on Hexidecimal; we did not discuss Unicode for extended character sets.

Why Zillow would have a post with a non-standard apostrophe in their title baffles me.

So, apparently the unicode for the close-single quote used is E2 80 99 , or in Decimal:

226 128 153

So, if we type % E2 % 80 % 99 without the spaces, do we get the apoostrophe used?

No, Zillow does not support Unicode; it interpreted each hex value as the extended ASCII character in the Western Character set, preceeded by character 185 (decimal). (alt+0195).

According to the Character Map program that came with the operating system, the close-single quote (aphostrophe) would be (alt+0146), or Â’

So trying to put in the link:

NOPE, even though the apostrophe looks similar, it still is not the one used and thus will still not bring up the page.

I also realised since I typed % 92 without a space above, Zillow converted the character.

What about entering the characters without the à ?

I see no reason why anyone would or should buy a home getting a 6% mort when banks are refi-ing the reckless buyers at 3.99%

If I were buying a house today I would DEMAND 3.99% from the bank.

Those getting the lowest rates are the least deserving.

Dave Mason - I had the same problem. It is due to the fact that you are signed up as an AGENT. Either you need to remove the AGENT title from your profile or create a new profile without selecting AGENT.

Congratulations! You are confirmed as a lender to participate in Zillow's mortgage product.

Hang tight, we will send you an e-mail as soon as the product launches. At that point, you will have immediate, free access to Zillow consumers who are shopping for mortgage loans.

David G, I had a problem when trying to enter in my licence info since it restricted me to only 10 states, I'm licenced in all 50 and D.C. Do you just have a National deal? If not mabey you could add that to the the request list... Thanks

Still no answer as to if these people will be screened or not. Zillow's log-in and posting is screwed up. The house values are screwed up. This thingie you are posting about is apparently screwed up. We have racists, sexist folks and P*E*N*I*S pump lovers posting. Yet Zillow is introducing new features. Did AOL buy Zillow or something???

They do screen you, they need your SSN and licence info, you have to pay the money so the third party will do a background check. There is a good form on activerain: http://activerain.com/blogsview/411347/Zoriginating-Mortgages-Can-This
