To answer Lynn's question. If you manually upload a listing , it will have to be a Featured Listing that you pay $9.95 for, and get a 180 day run before it expires. However, if you use a feed , or even a syndication service such as postlets.com, which is free, the listings will appear in the basic format. You will then have the option to upgrade to the Featured Listing format if you like. Consequently there will be many that are not upgraded as it has been made perfectly clear that many agents don't want to pay the $9.95.

You said you must purchase a featured listing for $9.95-A featured listing---
so does that mean that I only have to purchase 1 and go ahead with the rest for free? OR every listing has be be a feature listing? If that is the case-HOW CAN YOU HAVE THAT MANY FEATURED listings-BE FEATURED?
