Liens on personl savings account, can the Franchise take it?My adult child opened a savings account back in 95 with 50 dollars. Over the years, I have put money into this account as a savings for myself. Yesterday, the Franchise Tax Board put a lien on my account & took my whole life savings. They are saying it has to do with my childs tax from 90. My child has been in jail now 13 years and never supplied a penny to put into this account. How can I get my money back?December 14 2009 - California00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
