Always did want to talk with Marino! Used up all your free marketing yet? Got flyers? Local media ads can be useful usually. Let everyone in your area that you know in on the fact that it's up for sale, word of mouth can be powerful. Know your marketing angle: good starter home, works already been done, showpiece property, move-up house. Have an honest friend check your curb appeal and entry appeal. First impressions that grab buyers are what you want. Clean the windows, steam clean carpet, have a nice aroma, all lights on for viewings! Good luck and remember qualifying for a mortgage is hard so you might contact a mortgage pro in advance. They might even have more marketing ideas for you and put your house on their website.

The others have answered the question but a word of advice, a flat fee broker will put you home on the MLS for a fee but the service they offer may be limited. You aren't likely to get advise on pricing negotiating etc. Make sure you are prepared. Price is the key in our market. Find out what similar homes are priced at and if you can, what are they selling for. Be realistic, the St George area is seeing a number of foreclosures you will have to compete with them. Also be aware that if you want to post on the MLS you need to offer the buyer's agent a commission.

As will said no. You can find a limited service broker that wetwille add to your home to the MLS for a fee. I would also suggest that you might find a discount broker. If you price your house correctly and make sure it is in show room condition. If you offer compensation you increase your chance of selling your property.

List on MLS
My house is a FSBOAfter posting my house on Zillow.com, will I be added to MLS or Realtor.com? If not what do I have to do to get listed with MLS or other? And what is the cost?
