Listing Not Showing up Properly

Hi,
I'm an agent and one of my listings is not allowing me to claim it as mine and edit it.  It originally worked and now shows that I have cancelled the listing, which I have not.  The street address is 3235 Judith Lane in Lafayette CA.  I syndicate through www.tourfactory.com AND www.postlets.com.  All of my other listings seem to be fine other than this one.  I would very much like to get the photos and correct sales price back up on your sight.  Any recommendations of what the problem could be would be greatly appreciated!

Did the listing come over from postlets.com? I know that you need to periodically refresh the listing on postlets otherwise it will fall off of Zillow.

Check to see if the listing is active on Postlets.com and refresh it if necessary. It might take a few days to reappear onto Zillow. I know of one other agent that had this issue where their listing fell off of Zillow for no apparent reason.

Hey Jeffery - I believe those two sites have automatic expirations on them - like 90 or 120 days depending on the site.  However, it looks like the listing is there now thru Postlets.

Side - You really should upload a picture to your profile - doing so will create more opportunities to contact you on your listings.
