I am sorry Sharon. In this time of the website sells the house, we all have to go through a list of places to put pics, and information. Sometimes the realtor does not do it out of laziness or just not remembering. I understand your frustration with a realtor that does not seem to be doing anything. Good Luck!!!

First thing, has your listing with Arbuckle expired? If it has read your listing agreement thoroughly, and find out if you're still within the Realtor protection period. If you are, or the listing hasn't expired yet, to prevent complications you should contact the agency's managing broker of record and get a full release from the listing agreement. You should also request that any claim that the agent has to the property on Zillow be released.
Now comes dealing with the listing on Zillow. If the agent is as so many seem to be- very slow to release the property and pull the listing, go to the home details page, click on "Edit," and select "Problem with listing."
There will be a drop down menu that appears. If there isn't an option to challenge the claim or listing, select other, and state your case there.
You might need to repeat this several times and if nothing happens, a short cut might be to email customer service. You could also try calling
1-877-661-3170.
After all that is resolved, before proceeding with this, it might be very beneficial to read this. Good luck.
