Listing a house for sale on Zillow, but the photos show up at two different addresses.

Our agent listed a house for sale, but the photos of the house show up not only for the address of the house that is listed, but also for the house next door. The agent wanted to know if Zillow can correct this error, as she's not sure if she is able to do it, herself.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would suggest you go in and claim your home and then flag the error listing, on the bottom of the page.

Thank you for your advice. I have flagged it twice, explaining Zillow's error, but unfortunately the problem still exists. So not only is our property listed on Zillow with the accompanying photos and details, but also the house next door... which happens to have a much lower zestimate, as well as having been sold recently. Zillow, why aren't you rectifying this error? The listing is for 478A ONLY, and NOT 478C.

Does Zillow ever read or acknowledge these messages? I have flagged the house three times and the error still persists. I also believe that the agent has been reporting this problem to Zillow.

Hey, Zillow. The house next door at 478C is not for sale, and these photos and the accompanying description is not for their house. They are for 478A only. Please rectify this error.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to awaken Zillow so that they will finally address this problem? I have reported this numerous times, both here and also when flagging the property. They don't respond here, and they don't even send me email saying that they are looking into it.

478C Newport Way, Monroe, NJ is NOT our listing. We are NOT selling this house. We are selling 478A Newport Way only... NOT 478C. Zillow, please remove the sale notice, along with the photos and descriptions at 478C. They belong on 478A ONLY.

478C was not only recently sold, but the zestimate is also $24,000 lower than the house that we are selling at 478A. You are confusing potential buyers with your error..., and due to the lower zestimate, they may underbid our property. Please remove the photos and details at 478C immediately.
