Listing does not show the whole property, why ?

Zillow only shows half of the property for sale and shows only the partial value of the combined two lots for sale. Making the property look like we have over valued the lot for sale and not showing the true value of the two lots for sale. Can we get this changed?

Zillow does not set listing prices owners and agents do. Buyers will not bypass houses based on Zestimates as long as the house is well priced as compared to the competition. Buyers are shopping price right now first and foremost.

If you edit the lot size, Zillow calculates the Zestimate off your revised data (with the time lag mentioned previously).    The old data are still available when one clicks on "more facts".

The alternative is to get them legally merged into one tax parcel and then Zillow will show this information in the public facts.    The former approach (editing the lot size on Zillow with a comment) is faster and less expensive.

The problem with this is Zillow would still not show the true value of the property for sale and thus make it look as if the seller (me) has over priced the property

When there are two separate tax ids for the property, Zillow doesn't have the option to combine them so it would be contradicting public records.  However, the owner (or agent) can edit the home facts showing the combined lot size (with a comment in the comment section).

If the property is for sale, the agent will need to make those corrections.  If the property is not for sale, the home owner can claim the property on Zillow and edit the lot size.
