Good question and I'm not sure I have an answer. Zillow pulls all its data from public records which are notoriously inaccurate. You can input directly information about your own property that should help a bit with accuracy. But zestimate fluctuations have a lot to do with what sold recently. If it was an REO it will bring values down. If it was a conventional sale probably not. sorry I can't fix this one.

Listing for same Building at different addresses
Perhaps that is the reason why some of the units are missing from the complete listing? Does that account for the huge Zestimate fluctuations and big price differences for units in the building? How can that be corrected?
Thanks,
Roger
