Perhaps they are interested enough to get to the home details page, but not interested after reading the details.
What could you do? One exterior photo (even though a great photo) is not enough to sell a home in most situations. Add in focus, excellent photos of the front of the home, inside key areas etc. In addition, the one photo is dated 2005. That makes me wonder what awful things may have happened since then to the property.
