One of our agents claimed their listing and now it's defaulted back to our account. Has anyone had this happen. Is it an issue with the data feed or does Zillow do this automatically?

Actually, the listings all default to our account to begin with (being one agent), and the agents have been able to claim the listing with no problem before. It's just recently, this one agent has had their listings revert back to our account after they she claimed the listing.

I did contact ListHub regarding this issue before and they've said that there's nothing wrong with the data or the feed.

The way that I have it set up with them is that they pass all the listings under one account and agents claim their listings. I've had other agents successfully claim their listings without them reverting back to us. Is there something wrong with this listing in particular that could be causing it to revert because I don't see anything wrong with the feed?

Checking on the logs for this property, no other agent has associated themselves to it.

Has the agent tried to dispute the listing? They can do so by going to the home details page of the property. Flag the listing and then select "Incorrect Listing Agent". Follow the instructions afterwards to be able to dispute the listing.
