Hi there --
I took a look at our intake logs and it appears the last time anyone sent information on these listings to Zillow was July 20. After that they were removed from the feed.
Two questions: 1) Why isn't your brokerage sending these listings to Zillow? and 2) Are these listed as residential or commercial? Commercial property isn't allowed on Zillow and is usually scrubbed during intake.
My suggestion: if these are truly residential land listings, put them on Postlets.com (totally free) and they'll send out to Zillow within a few hours.

Zillow does syndicate with MLS (don't know if this does apply to all).
In my opinion, if the agent is a member of the MLS (which seems to be the case based on the URLs you provided), chances are high for his/her properties being on Zillow.
Recently, I have helped a local real estate broker (Century 21 Action! Long Beach CA) pull CRMLS properties and create a feed for Zillow. This required working with the Broker, CRMLS and Zillow and turned out to be medium complex task. Finally I got it to work as shown at this Zillow Page.
This page shows most (98%) properties pulled from CRMLS by my program and created the feed. Many were already listed on Zillow which tells me that these properties were already on Zillow before my feed started sending them to Zillow.
However, I still see some properties not in this list. However, it is listed on Zillow and can be seen using search. This is very few properties (less than 2%).
Not sure how Zillow decides where to show the property - I am waiting to hear from Zillow feed dept and will update once I get a response.
I am also planning to work with them to refine the FAQ section to include these clarifications.
Stay tuned ....

The agent should be dealing with this anyway, not you. Does he know they are not up on Zillow? If he is with a big firm he can feed them out that way too .

Welcome to Zillow. Zillow does not syndicate with the MLS, therefore, the agent will need to put his listings on a feed that does go to Zillow. Perhaps this FAQ on brokers' feeds will help. Or, he can put them on postlets, many other feed services or manually enter them to Zillow.
