Hi John Obtaining listings is what most agents want to do. Couple of ideas for you to consider. In the past agents or Realtors would create a website & then they would still need to pay someone to "drive" web traffic to the site. What is the point of a great, informative site if no one sees it? With sites like Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Skidiku (spelling?).com, Activerain.com plus others it allows us to create a small hub where there is already traffic. You may want to explore those sites & see about meeting more clients. That is the name, networking. That can include Social Media sites or actual networking groups & etc. You may want to considering working or taking REO listings from Banks. That however is an entire Q&A by itself. Best of luck.
