Profile picture for mike.white
How do I find the loss % value of my home based on the charts in this web page. My house is tax assessed at 476K and market value is 399K I am trying to figure out what teh value and % difference would have been from 2005 and now?
Thanks Mike

If you open  your home details page, you can scroll down to the Zestimate chart.  On the left there are choices such as showing the chart in percentages.

Thanks for the feed back but I may have missed wrote what I am trying to figure out. I am trying to find the real estate values for my house back in 2005 and compare them to today's value.

You divide the SMALL number into the LARGE number for % difference.
