I will be going to the pen for 2 to 20, and need to modify my loan....
I have noticed a lot of these idiots jumping on and SPAMming with an agent tag. Do we know if Zillow doubles check the real estate agents the same way they do us?

That is fantastic that you are great at what you do. Saying this, you cannot advertise your greatness on the ZMM threads. It simply is against the rules. Now, can you please stop before this thread gets ugly?

So you don't charge ANYTHING up front and only collect a small fee like $500 when the bank does modify. That's a great service. Why can't the home owner do it themselves for free? You should pass out flyers at the courthouse.
With Real Estate being slow; as I am an Active Realtor in Florida, I took a little job working as an Investigator Field Rep for modifcations on present loans going into short mortgages and try to prevent foreclosures. Happily I can say; I have seen & presented loan modifications that the interest rates went from 9.5 to 7. Also, that the banks have reduced the loan amount, chalked off the late fees and reinstated families back into a mortgage they can afford. Making the arm loans to a fixed 30 year. It does take alot of work and phone calls, speaking the correct verbage but it is Real and Being offered.

Again I apologize for posting something that is self promotional. Adding this service to your office is only going to HELP people stay in their homes. I know most of you including myself at time would like to just list and sell, but in these times if we can help people stay in their homes it will benefit all of in the long run.The fall out if they are not approved for a loan mod is a Short Sale. This gives you more leads!!! I can tell you for experience that if you close one short sale they might tell 2 people. If you save someone’s house from foreclosure and help them reduce their principle and payment they will tell everyone!!And yes they can do this on their own! But do think the bank is going to give them the best deal? NO! People can choose to do it on their own, just like they can list their house FSBO, but we all know why it is smart to use a professional.Have a great day and good luck to you all!

STOP SPAMMING! ZMM threads are to help people and not to self-promote yourself. If a borrower wants a modification, they can ask all of us what we think about it. But, you are directly steering. Geez, if you are going to posture can you do it with a little more, uh, searching for the word--------NOT?
