You could do the FHA loan to $560,000 putting almost 9% down...I'm seeing 3.750 giving you a leader credit of $5500...where in Howard Co are you buying..I'm in Ellicott City...Howard Co is a Great area!!

As it turns out, the "80/10/10" is still around, but not widely available. While I am trying to avoid self-promotion, I should tell you that I can provide some information should you wish to learn more.

Loan options for purchase price of 610k in howard county, md
I want to see if there are any loans out there for a purchase price of 610k (or 620k) where the loan amount goes beyond 560K. (FHA limit for baltimore suburbs for single family).
Secondly, what are the current interest rates going on out there if I use a 80-10-10 loan for the purchase price of 610k (or 620k)
Thanks in advance
