Loan qualification

the seller of a house I like said the only conditions that he puts for me to get that hose that he is selling is that he is going to be in control of the loan. he also a real estate agent and the seller but he did not disclose it on the listing. now the agent said my loan got denied because of my credit. can i take my loan to a lender i can trust and find out the real truth as to what is going on? he took 4 moths to tell me this

Sounds like a slimey guy. Take your contract and walk it to another lender. If the seller's demand of choosing your lender isn't in the contract, it doesn't exist. If he kicks about it, tell him you're buying the house anyway and filing a complaint against his license. Life's tough.
