Residence have come forth on TV about high number of cancer outbreaks in this subdivision. Should we back out of our contract on a house in the subdivision for fear the home prices will deminish after the negative publicity?

There's an agent in our office that knows more of the story. She used to live there, but sold as she bought a lake home. I understand the news reporter talked to one woman that made a lot of unfounded claims, they did not speak to any of the other neighbors. Any way Cindy Bruno can tell you a more accurate story.
