I checked the address you mentioned and it shows that it is a feed from Prudential Real Estate. You would need to update the information through them. Once you were able to update it with them, it will automatically reflect on Zillow.

My agent didn't have anything to do with the Zillow ad I did. My agent told me to contact Zillow directly but you can only send them an email or leave a message. I want access for what I paid for

When you have a real estate agent representing you, Zillow only allows the agent to make changes. It doesn't matter who paid for the listing on Zillow. I suggest that you give your agent a list of the changes you want him/her to make on Zillow.
