Looking for a 30yr fixed Mortgage

I am looking for a 30fixed mortgage on a refinance loan of $119 k. My Credit score is very very good. Want 30 fixed at 5% will pay 1/2 points, 500 fees plus NORMAL closing fees.

If you enter this scenario on Zillow tonight, I think you would have at least four or five quotes tomorrow that would be at 5.0 with a fee structure around $2k and no buydown points.  There are a number of other factors not mentioned here that will affect the pricing, but assuming this is your Primary residence and the LTV is at or below 80% I think you can expect a rate in line with this in today's market.
