Looking for a cash-out loan on a rental with 100% equity (long-term tenants) worth approx. $110K

Profile picture for LFBproperties
I have a full-time SFR with long-term tenants (2 yrs at $900/mo.). I currently have no loan on the property and it is worth approximately $110K. I have another full-time rental with long-term tenants and own a 3rd rental which grosses $24K annually in vacation rental income. The latter 2 do not have equity but are doing fine with rentals--but not refinancing those at this time. All props are in San Bern. County. I am self-employed and cannot do conventional due to debt/income. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!

This would be hard to get now days, is it possible most likely will you like the terms? only you will determine that.  Look up BD Nationwide Mortgage, they do stated income deals for investors in California.  I have sent many and no one has complained thus far.
