Looking for a lender to finance a non-warrantable condo (too many rented units) in Oregon.

Profile picture for TwoMirrors
The condo is worth $90k, I want to finance $50k, and I'm looking for a home equity (to save costs) or 15 year fixed refinance on the unit. I can't find a lender who will finance it, other than a credit union that I'm unable to join. Anyone know of lenders who will finance a non-warrantable condo in Oregon? Thank you for your help!

I already own the condo, and had no problem financing it originally. Lending standards have changed. Do you have some helpful advice on lenders?

If a bank won't finance it they are telling you something......you should really find out why they will not and think about the risks you are taking that they refuse to take a thought....
