Looking for a lender to pass on to my prospective buyers for loans on a double wide type home.

Some FHA lenders still offer it.  We can do them, but the rates are better and down payments lower if you can find someone who still offers it via FHA.  Obviously each client will differ in terms of programs available to them.

No it is not a modular but a manufactured double wide set on a permanent foundation and considered real estate
