I am looking for an agent to help me find/buy a house. Specializing in cobb & North Fulton Counties. I am fairly new to cobb and would like an agent that will advise on what is the best community for me to buy in and the best house for my family. If possible..in time to receive tax credit

I also know a few real estate agents that cover that area specifically.
Some deal with short sales and foreclosures. Others are buyer's agents, so they won't try to promote their own listings.
