Looking for cash out refinancing on a Investment condo in Florida - not qualified for fannie Mae

I bought a investment condo in Florida 6months ago with all cash - and looking to do a cash out refinance. This is a short term rental on a Beach front resort in Sandestin (near Destin, FL). Can any one help.

PS: I can qualify by my income

Start calling smaller banks and credit unions in your area. If you don't have any luck than call Trust Deed Investment Firms. Private money is more expensive, but easy to get.
