If your ever in Quakertown go to McCooles bar and Restruant!
They have the best food ever i have eaten there many times!
The bartender is Virginia tell her Elijah Sent you she will take good care of you just make sure you take good care of her with a tip!

There are great BYOBs on the Philadelphia Main Line. French food - try A La Maison in Ardmore. Middle Eastern try Omars Cafe in Bryn Mawr, PA. If you want a place with a bar - The Grog or Gulliftys in Bryn Mawr are always fun and for Sushi try Samurai. Small plates and Tequila go to Verdad.
