Looking for wholesale properties and properties that have the potential to flip in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and possibly Norfolk.  If you have a property or can put me in contact with someone that does and it's detached and at least 3 beds/1 bath at a 60-80% LTV (including construction) please contact me through my Zillow profile or jon at mcachran.com.  And I'm a licensed Realtor with access to the MLS, so other Realtors can disregard unless they have details on something they think I might have missed.

By all means, you can have 60% to 80% loan to value ratio if you just provide the downpayment of 20% to 40%!

"Wholesale"???  You mean you want to buy in bulk from a lending institution that needs to liquidate?  Or in bulk from a developer that overbuilt and has excess stock they want to liquidate quickly?  Or do you mean you just want 20% off of peak bubble prices???

Why don't you just buy everything in the multiple listings and "flip" them for 40% less than you buy them for????

Didn't you hear that the new great depression was caused by flippers like Madoff?  I know, you got yours, so who cares about the other guy.
