Has anyone ever been to Los Banos?? (In Espanol, The Bathrooms)......?  I have and it pretty much describes this community.  What a surprise.

I've never been there...it's about 75 miles from where I am.  Los Banos got it's name from "The Baths"...natural pools in the area which Indian settlers would camp near.  Their slogan is "Home of the Spring Pools".
