Zestimate®: $420,000 What's This?
This house is worth $500000. And, I'm not related to owner or otherwise. The recent comps of $540K (Wolfdale) & $532K (Blue Fox) don't seem to lift this neighborhood up to the right or correct valuations (based on solds & BPOs & CMAs). The other recent comp of $410k or $420k was a extreme urgency in selling. It's already back on market at $448k (Wolfdale) for a quick sale.
Love the zestimate, but...
Please check the zestimates for zip code 96789, Mililani Hawaii. If this is correct, plese let me know so that I can retire tomorrow. I have used your site for two years and I love it, but perhaps I missed the jump here. I will buy you the Dom Perignon, Krug and Crystal Champagnes, so that we can celelbrate, mahalo!
