Mark Croll is right. Zillow isn't always accurate. It's best to have a local agent valuate your home. This will be a much better depiction of what your property is worth.

Your best bet to get a true indication of your homes value is to contact a Realtor in your area and have him or her conduct a CMA (comparative market analysis). This report will tell you what is for sale, what has sold and what did not sell in your area. The Zestimate analysis very well could be high or low but most likely not real accurate. Same model priced at 190 sf , I'm at 148 sf, plus I've had a about a 25 % drop in a few months ?
