Lower Selling Price

Any chance they would lower the price significantly by, say, 50K? Comparable homes in the area are going for less right now. In fact, 2 bd/1 or 2 baths (in some cases with a garage) are going for less than the price of the 1 bedroom. How's a first time buyer supposed to get into the neighborhood anyway?

These units to our understanding is priced right, given they are all one level, with front and back yards, they have been totally renovated; all appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, roof etc are all new, Including garage and inside laundry.

Also our present buyers have had appraisals and the there have been no problems appraising the property at the sale price. At present there is no condo for sale in Mountain View under $450,000 that has all the features and specifications that these units have.

We are a real estate brokerage and not directly associated with the developer and builders.

This develop presently have 4 projects in the Santa Clara county, 2 of them in the city of Santa Clara, 1 in Mountain View and 1 in Sunnyvale

As far as I know they have a great reputation. The group is comprised of Scott Carino and Dann Schuetz. They are based out of San Diego. They are the Developer part and the Builder is either Gold Coast Renovations out of San Diego or Infinity Builders also out of San Diego..... Scott has been doing this for almost 20 years and Dann about 10 to 12.
