MAPS AND SEARCH issues not able to define area via the map boundaries. How to fix?

I start my search via the search bar and use a zip code 19348 this gives me a map that has boundaries by township. This is very nice and works well for my searching purposes. Recently when performing a search that way it give me the map as stated above but if I click on another township area I get all the houses within the map view. Is this a browser or firewall issue?
