MI Realtors - I need an honest opinion of EZ Home Ownership LLC in mid-michigan (ingham county).

I have a good friend who went to a realtor to sell the house and was referred to these people.  The realtor did not list the house, nor did she give them a market value of the house.  EZ Home Ownership just has the "we'll take care of it" attitude.  Are they performing what they promise? or do they leave some homeowners hanging if they can't get the short sale at such a deep discount? you can reply privately if you wish: bathagent@yahoo.com.  Thanks!

Do not get into business with this company.  Very shady practices and not out there to help anyone except themselves.  If they can't make a great deal of money off you, they will simply stop working on your case and ignore you as I have experienced.  Stay away...from personal experience!
