MISTAKE IN CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD

On 3/5/11 I renewed my fees for zillow.com for $39.95 for 180 days web site house for sale. 
There has been a mistake and I have been billed FOUR times in the amount $39.95.  This is a mistake that you charged my credit  card and  I need to have this charge corrected and removed.  My committment was for ONE renewal amount of $39.95 not FOUR renewals.  Please advise me as soon as possible about this mistake and how the charge will be removed from my credit card.
