MLS #100011072 2/19/10 for 4970 Marlborough St. 92116 does not show in price history. Why?

This house was first listed on 2/19/2010 & price dropped several times.  Trulia shows that it sold in sept., 2010 for $776,000 & you now have it listed at $730,000 twice in October.  What does this all mean?  None of it shows in price history.

The last market sale was 07/25/05 for $900k per the tax records.  The $776,000 was the foreclosure sale.  The $730k was the original owners trying to short sale.  That listing expired.

It should come back on the market as a bank owned pretty soon.
