We get sales data from the county so it should be pretty comprehensive. But it sometimes takes 3-6 weeks for sales data to get from closing onto Zillow.

Any agent in your local area can complete a cma for you at no cost. It would probably be more accurate as well since they will have seen the inside & outside of your home and noted any unique characteristics.
