Major decline in my home value?

In May my home went up 2.1% in July it came down 18%.  I lost faith in Zillow today.  The market has not changed that much in 60 days in Green Bay, WI!  What is up with this drastic decline in value by Zillow?  Anyone else experiencing un-reasonable change?

Zillow rolled out a change in their algorithm on June 13.  In some areas the change caused large jumps up or down.   You can read more here.
