Major error in estimates versus current sales prices.

92210 is valued zip code. Please look at recent sales prices versus your estimates. Subdivision of about eighty homes big underestimate versus all recent sales. You can add $50,000 to most of your estimates and be more accurate. Just look at the recent sales. Homes are selling for up to $80k more than you estimate which is huge difference on $150k estimate. Please fix area around 44696 Dakota Trail, Black Foot, Cheynne, etc in 92210 zip code. Thank you.

Zillow does as best as its can, there are many home value estimated websites which show '44696 Dakota Trail''s value that none were same with the others due to differently method of the calculations.
Is is $118K on Eppraisal.com -> standard.
