The make me sell price is an absolute joke. I see some houses with a MMS price at 20% above the 2005 value.
I probably have some of those MMM prices... I put them on years ago and forgot about them!

Every Negative has a positive, The fact they took time to post a make me move price would indicate they might have some motivation in the future to be realistic and Sell. Treat it as a low level lead.

"Make Me Sell" price
I just have to say how I laugh at those houses on Zillow that have the "make me move" prices listed at 2005 prices. I suggest we change this to "make me sell" price!
If you were to buy this condo: how much would you pay? (Yes, I know it is a bad time to sell, buy, breathe, yada, yada...)
BUT...This is a college town with 3 major colleges, one state university, and 2 Naval bases. SO, check this out and tell me what you would offer. (Don't worry, I won't be offended)
