Hello. I believe that this is a scam. PLEASE do not set up any account for them and read this thread here. Legitimate people who buy houses from outside the country generally do it themselves in person when they are here on a visa or they have an attorney or licensed real estate professional help them. Tell them to contact your attorney to handle the details and give them no other information other than a local attorneys phone number.
Also, Zillow is doing what they can to stop these scams for Make Me Move sellers. They need your help in stopping the scam. Please send them a copy of the ORIGINAL email so they can trace it and alert authorities. You can send it to one of the moderators like David Tobey here by clicking on his contact me button and help protect other people from being scammed.

Dear Ddaneshrad,
Please tell this obvious scammer that you will be happy to sell him your house as soon as he buys your bridge. You need an agent and/or a mortgage broker to vet your buyers. Check out their income, FICO scores and proof of funds for a down payment. Once some unseen cyber phantom says it wants to move very quickly, you move very quickly away from it.

Run, Forrest, run!
This has "scam" written all over it. No one legitimate buys property sight unseen and insists on moving very quickly.

Make me move
I have been recently contacted by someone who wants to buy my house based on its make me move listing, and wants to move very quickly sight unseen. It actually does seem somewhat legitimate to me, but I wanted to know if you can advise me how I can make sure I'm not being set up for a very big scam.
If it helps, he is writing from Japan and has not asked for any bank information, but has suggested the setting up of a new trust account into which he can deposit money.
Thanks
