Appreciate the comments from wetdawgs and sunnyview. I did the "report a problem" back in mid August but nothing has been done.
I can't find a phone # for Zillow help or e-mail.
Now I have discovered the same problem with another high end property (3904 Buckham Way, Longmont, CO) that I am trying to sell...2 listings on the same address, but both of the listings have zestimates that are inaccurate by 50%.
This really is agrivating when you are trying to sell a home and potential buyers see this level inconsistency.

@danohammy: one was created by a manual addition to the data base most likely by an agent. In order to get it in the queue for deletion, open the incorrect one (the one with the lower zestimate is the incorrect one as it shows no public facts), go to "edit" then "report problem" and describe a duplicate. Zillow cleans up the queue for duplicates once every week or two.

You can claim the house that you want to keep and flag the other duplicate listing with the yellow edit pencil under the house photo to "report problem with listing". Zillow will get your alert and then put the duplicate on the list for deletion. It might take a little while though.

For some reason, Zillow is showing 2 listings for my home at 8012 Meadow Lake Road in Niwot, Colorado, 80503. One shows the zestimate to be $974,400 and the other shows the zestimate at $528,500. This lower zestimate is very wrong and should be removed. I've sent several notes re this problem through your site to no avail. I have two current professional appraisals: one at $975,000 and one at $1,010,000.
I also have a sales contract on the house for $960,000. This sale will close later this month.
Please remove the incorrect listing relative to my home and address!!!

Hmmm, very interesting. It isn't clear what changed. I'll flag this property for Zillow to investigate.
Manipulation of the zestimate?
